ESPN 30 for 30
The idea to use Rugby as a medium of uniting a country was a terrific idea by Nelson Mandela. When people root for the same sports team or play on the same team, it doesn't matter if you are black or white, Jewish or Muslim, gay or straight. All that matters to you both is that when the game ends, you want your team to be on top. Therefore, Mandela realized that if he could make the black South Africans switch from viewing the Springboks as "their team" to "our team", then maybe that would make people realize that they are all the same.
